All preorders have been packed, calls have been made, and we can officially retire our roles as part-time detectives, therapists, and NeeDoh tracking specialists. 📦🔍😅

🚨 NEEDOH SAGA OF THE DAY! 🚨
First things first: I owe everyone an apology for the delay. I know many of you have been eagerly waiting for updates on your NEEDOH pre-orders, and trust me, I've been just as eager to get some answers!
So here's the latest episode in what has become The NEEDOH Chronicles:
Our shipment was originally supposed to arrive last Tuesday. Since then, the tracking information has been playing a fun little game called "Delivered by End of Day"... followed by absolutely not being delivered by end of day. Every. Single. Day. 😅
Today, I called customer service and was rewarded with a ticket number and the promise that someone would get back to me. While that's nice and all, I figured you deserved better than "we'll look into it."
So naturally, I did what any reasonable business owner would do...
I went on a mission to hunt down the Delivery truck. 🕵️‍♀️🚚
And guess what? I FOUND HIM.
(Quick side note: our regular driver has moved on, and the route is currently being covered by substitute drivers who aren't familiar with it.)
The driver was incredibly kind and helpful. Unfortunately, our NEEDOHs were not on his truck today, but he gave me a local number to call. That local number gave me another local number to call. (Apparently unlocking the mystery requires completing several side quests.)
After reaching the final boss level, I finally got some answers!
The good news: all of our packages are currently sitting in East Syracuse, patiently waiting to be loaded onto a truck tomorrow. They now know the delivery deadline and assured me that the shipment is coming.
🎉 YAY! 🎉
So now let’s all join together in hoping and thinking positive thoughts that our NEEDOHs successfully navigate their journey and find their way to us tomorrow. 🙏
Also, we have TWO more NEEDOH orders already on the way! We'll continue to keep everyone updated as shipments arrive and become available for pickup.
Thank you all for your unbelievable patience, understanding, and for sticking with us through this unexpectedly dramatic NEEDOH adventure. We appreciate you more than you know! ❤️

NEEDOH UPDATE: Unfortunately, the boxes that were supposed to come yesterday are now coming today, and the boxes due today are delayed until Monday. We are so sorry for the delays, right now we are at the mercy of the shipping company. But the Needoh will be here soon!

NEEDOH UPDATE: Happy NeeDoh Thursday! So just to update the masses, we are posting here since we have been getting a ton of calls. We are due to receive 6 big boxes of needoh (which was supposed to be yesterday). Two of the boxes got shifted to tomorrow (Friday) as it is stuck in Ohio for some reason. The other 4 boxes are on the truck today and will be here by the end of the day. We are going to need some time to pack all the pre-orders before folks can come and pick up. We will have a few items available for purchase, but will not be until the end of the day tomorrow (as long as those other two boxes arrive before the end of the day). We also have a small order of dumplings coming on Friday. Please bear with us. We are trying to keep everyone updated as we know information. It's hard when packages get delayed and plans change, but we are all doing our best on this end.
