September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month!

This is a cause that has really become something close to our hearts and one as a business we take this month to giveback to!

As a business and family we will be supporting a few different families/organizations. And we would love it if you all would join us!

Some quick facts:
💛Only 4% of cancer research is for Childhood cancer!
💛 1 in 285 kids are diagnosed with cancer by the time they are 20!
💛 Cancer is the #1 cause of death by disease in children
💛 20% of children diagnosed with cancer in the US will not survive
💛 Every 3 minutes a family hears the devastating words that their child has cancer

Those are just a few facts, I encourage you to seek out information and be informed on your own! Our family was so blind to it before we met the Craig family through this business and we were heartbroken for their family! We are grateful for the friendship with their family we have now and celebrating the wins they have had everyday with Lennox!

So here’s the details for September:

If anyone is local to the Ottumwa area, we sent some silent auction items to this fundraiser event! You should consider grabbing lunch at this event! Both our oldest kiddos are apart of these amazing programs with Trail Life and American Heritage Girls! There will be lots of silent auction items up for bit to help out both groups and the kids invoiced! 🙂
