Our Story

Larry Tackett's Men's Wear is a family owned and operated business specializing in all types of men's clothing. We’ve been in business 50+ years. We carry all different types of formal sportswear, business attire, Izod dress/golf shirts, and dress shoes. We also carry shorts, personalized belts, Red Wing shoes and boots, and all types of Carhartt clothing- from shirts, and jeans to winter jackets and bibs.

We are located at 145 West Seminary Street in Owenton, KY. Our store is directly across from the Old Courthouse.

We are typically open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9 a.m. until 5:30 p.m, and on Saturday from 9 a.m. until around noon. Starting November 4, 2019, the store will remain open until 7:30 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Keep checking the page as we will change hours for the holiday season.
