Nurse : “ Your Mom is not Well” July 14 ,2024 was the day you left us ; Sunday was the day but today is the date . As I reflect on this past year I can’t help but to think that I’m still in shocked that you’re no longer with me. My day-to-day was always filled with calling you ,checking on you, leaning on you , and now that part of my life is gone. I feel such an intense sense of loneliness, sadness, and confusion. I also would be lying if I said I wasn’t angry. Angry that I will never get to lay in your arms again , angry that I won’t have my anchor anymore , angry for my girls … a whole year has gone by and I had to navigate with out you ; this s**t sucks …. The constant question is ; are you ok? The answer is NO and I never will be. I will just have to deal with this part of my life .
