Welcome to The Vault Boutique & Buy-In!
We’re thrilled to have you here. Before participating in our exclusive buy-in deals, please review the following guidelines to help keep everything running smoothly and fairly.

🔐 1. Group Purpose
This group is designed to bring exclusive wholesale and boutique-level deals to our members. By pooling orders, we unlock bulk discounts and pass those savings directly to YOU.

🛍️ 2. How a Buy-In Works
1. A deal is posted with product photos, pricing, and deadlines.
2. You comment or message to claim your spot (include size, color, or quantity).
3. Payment must be submitted before the posted deadline to confirm your claim.
4. Once the group minimum is met, we place the order with the supplier.
5. Products arrive at The Vault for pickup or shipping (as stated per post).

💳 3. Payment
• Accepted forms: Venmo, CashApp, or PayPal Friends & Family (as listed in each post).
• Payment must be received within 24 hours of claiming or your spot will be forfeited.
• No holds — orders are placed based on paid participants only.

🚚 4. Shipping & Pickup
• Pickup: Available locally once items arrive (specific dates and times will be posted).
• Shipping: Available upon request; shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
• The Vault is not responsible for postal delays or damage once shipped.

⏰ 5. Refunds, Exchanges & Cancellations
• All buy-ins are final once payment is made.
• No refunds or cancellations — these are group-based bulk orders.
• In the rare case of a supplier issue (out of stock, defect, etc.), a refund or store credit will be issued.

• Updates will be posted in the group as soon as tracking or shipment information is received.
• Please be respectful — this is a positive shopping community!

• Claim responsibly — only comment “Sold” or “Mine” if you’re 100% committed to paying.
• No drama, negativity, or spam.
• Repeat non-payment or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the group.
