Setting a Pick-Up Schedule has worked out GREAT!!
We will be in the downtown (4th street) shop till NOVEMBER 30TH.
We had to cancel last Friday due to delivery some jobs to those who are unable to find transportation and some elderly customers unable to get around easily. We ran longer than expected. I set it up to update but I must of done it wrong or something. That's my fault apologies.
For the next 2 weeks till the 28th we will have pick-ups on...
SATURDAY 10am to 5pm.
We will though meet people on the 29th and 30th, if anyone is unable to get down to us by the 28th.
I am still contacting customers with finished jobs. I wake up with 20 to 30 messages and emails daily, I try to answer all but, I admit, some do slip through the cracks. Because we are hard at working on repairs so nobody is left hanging, plus moving the shop and working between 2 shops, and moving in our new home, it is impossible to get to the phone all the time.
(In 8 days we had 383 missed and received calls, if that gives an idea to how crazy the phone calls are. Lol!!)
If anyone does not have transportation to get to us and your job is still at the shop by the 28th we will call and set up to deliver locally if it is needed on 29th and 30th.
We sure didn't anticipate the Pandemic causing the delays it did, Nor did we anticipate the building flooding like it did, nor the electrical problem we are now having and yes some can be so mean for what was out of our hands, but we do understand the frustration. We stay frustrated when we feel we have let someone down and we apologize from the bottom of our hearts. Trust we have been yelled and cussed at and we feel horrible to make anyone feel that way. We hope to make it up to them one day.
I hope this post is not to confusion, it's a lot of info to take in. We are trying to store some kind of order in the chaos that has developed and accommodate all customers as we appreciate every single one of ya.
Fingers crossed we can get moved to our better building that helps keep our business strong and open for another 100 years. Thank you all for the support and hanging in there with us. I can't express enough how much we appreciate every single one of you!🥰❤️❤️❤️
