We offer made to order custom designs for your littlest loves. Our ordering process is as follows, please read the following before placing an order to streamline the process and make sure your custom order is exactly as you’d like it!
1) CHOOSE YOUR PATTERN(S)- Check out our albums for images of the various clothing patterns that we offer.
2) CHOOSE YOUR FABRICS- All available fabric options
are in the albums. Please take note of the recommended patterns for each fabric. Some fabrics make great tops but not such great pants! If purchasing more than 2 items in an available fabric, please message and see if I have enough fabric available to make your items prior to placing your order.
3) MEASURE- This step is the most important, please do not skip it! Measure the child you are purchasing for to ensure the best fit. Most clothing companies sizes differ from brand to brand so it is best to not assume size when you can measure. We have a no returns policy due to the nature of custom clothing, so we want to make sure that your item will fit correctly! If you don’t have a soft/sewing measuring tape we recommend using a piece of yarn to measure and then measuring the yarn with a ruler or retractable metal measuring tape.
4) PLACE YOUR ORDER- In order to keep our prices as low as possible and due to the custom design of our products, we are cutting out the middle man such as using Etsy or Shopify for orders. Instead our order forms are listed below through google forms. Place orders individually for each piece you are purchasing (IE, if you are purchasing two Lilah tops, please fill out the order form two times and indicate a multiple piece order).
5) PAY YOUR INVOICE- Within 24 hours we will send you an invoice for your order through Paypal (if you marked multiple orders on the form then we will combine all orders into one invoice). We will not begin sewing the order until it is paid in full, so please pay your invoice as soon as possible to avoid delays! Our current turn around time is 2-3 weeks unless you specify and pay for rush orders ($25 extra per item). Extra notes:
SHIPPING: Shipping will be through USPS and will be added to your invoice. Prices are variable and will be estimated at time of invoice based on the number of pieces you purchase. Generally 1 full sized item will be $5 for shipping, 2-3 items $8, 3-5 items $15, 5+ items $18+. Any overages greater than $1 after shipping is calculated once the items are sewn and ready to ship will be refunded to you. RETURNS: We have a no-return policy due to the custom nature of our clothing. Please follow all washing/drying instructions to reduce shrinkage and color fading. Many custom fabrics are printed and the dyes will not remain as bright after multiple washes. We always recommend washing on cold with like colors, tumble dry on low, cool iron if necessary and DO NOT bleach. ORDER FORMS:
