We do not operate on Sundays or Holidays. If our turnaround time falls during a holiday, that day is excluded and does not
count towards that TAT. Our turnaround time also does not include transit time. Our turnaround time is strictly for processing orders. If you have any questions, please reach out to me at [email protected]. When emailing, please include the following so we can assess your issue in a timely manner:
- invoice number
- email associated with the invoice
- date of purchase
- concerns you are having/missing items/etc. The following methods of payment are accepted at this time: Paypal, Debit Cards (Visa and Mastercard), Credit Cards (Visa and Mastercard), and Sezzle and Shop Pay (Installment Payment Methods). We are also not responsible for any delays with USPS or UPS, especially around holiday seasons. Delays are common, please be aware of any shipping delays prior to ordering. We will not refund an order if transit time is taking a bit longer than usual. Any issues with shipping must be turned into the shipping carrier your package is sent with. Standard USPS shipping should be 2-5 days. Express USPS shipping (2-3 business days) can be purchased by the customer at checkout!! Ground UPS shipping should be 2-4 days. Express UPS shipping should be 1-2 days and can be purchased by the customer at checkout!! Route Shipping insurance is an added protection for instances that packages get lost in the mail. Purchasing Route Shipping Insurance is not required, but its a great option for insuring your packages!! OUR SHOP WILL NOT REFUND PACKAGES FOR BEING LOST IN TRANSIT. ONCE IT LEAVES OUR SHOP, WE HAVE NO CONTROL OF WHAT MAIL CARRIERS DO WITH THE PACKAGES. Customers NEED to purchase Route Shipping if they'd like that option to file a claim and refund for lost packages. If Route Shipping was not purchased, the packages WILL NOT be refunded on Designs and Creations by Bambi, LLC behalf. Due to the custom nature of the product (design, size, shirt style and color) NO returns, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted. So please make sure that your invoice is correct prior to paying!!! REFUNDS will be handled on a basis by basis situation.
