Last minute Valentine's Day ideas!
- Have a picnic in your living room from your fave takeout spot. Put down a blanket, pull out the fairy lights from the holidays, and create a little fort. Everyone likes forts. It's science.
- If you aren't a flowers and chocolates kind of couple (or all the flowers have sold out by the time you make it to the shops *cough cough), grab the components for their fave drink and snack! Mix them a cocktail, make them a gourmet hot chocolate, or surprise them with a specialty tea. Pop that drink on a serving tray with their fave snacks and a candle for maximum romantic effect
- Leave post-its around the house with I love yous... or weird drawings of dogs (obviously not a personal example or anything)
- Grab the components of a movie night! Set up the sofa with blankets, and pick out a classic you love to watch together or a film you've both been wanting to see. Prep with movie snacks or themed treats that compliment the film, and throw in face masks, a pedi kit, or massage oil for a little extra relaxation.
