Crispy Flatbread with Brie, Cranberries & Toasted Walnuts with a Hot Honey Drizzle
Ingredients:
2 flatbreads or naan (about 250 g total)
4 oz (115 g) Brie cheese, sliced
¼ cup (30 g) dried cranberries
¼ cup (30 g) toasted walnuts, roughly chopped
1 tbsp (15 ml) olive oil
1 tbsp (15 ml) hot honey (or regular honey + pinch of chili flakes)
½ tsp (2 g) fresh thyme leaves
Optional: sea salt flakes for finishing
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Brush each flatbread lightly with olive oil and place on the sheet.
Arrange Brie slices evenly over the flatbreads. Top with dried cranberries and toasted walnuts.
Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the Brie melts and the edges of the flatbread are golden and crisp.
Remove from the oven and drizzle generously with hot honey.
Sprinkle with fresh thyme and a pinch of sea salt, if desired.
Slice into pieces and serve warm.
