"Do you make a bag for ____________ helmet?" Yes I do OR Yes I can!!!!
These are Deluxe Bags. What you see is a process called Applique. I hand cut each and every piece, pin it to the fabric and zig-zag stitch it onto the fabric to replicate the helmet or armor. There is NO macine embroidery on these bags except for the Logo and TKID on the opposite side. It is all HAND DONE! Believe it or not I do not use patterns excpet for the bottom and base side of the bag. None of the helmet pieces have a pattern. I have a few basic tools I use to do measurements and cuts but no patterns are used. It's all in my brain. That said each and every bag is different. No two bags are exactly the same. You get a 1 of 1 work of art when you order a Deluxe or Uber Deluxe bag. I use screen grabs or the CRL to make my designs. I try my hardest to be accruate and add my own personal touch to the bags.
What are they actually made of? The outer layer is canvas duck cloth. The padding is a .5" high density foam. The next layer is an interfacing that stiffens the sides and bottom. The last inner layer is a fleece or fleece type material. These materials are for all bags except the Basic bag. The basic bag only has 10oz batting/padding and no interfacing.
Did I forgot to mention if you order an OT Stormtrooper helmet you get a bag that is designed to fit the OT Stormtrooper helmet. If you order a ROTJ Vader bag or a Royal Guard, or a Bo Katan EACH AND EVERY SINGLE HELMET HAS IT'S OWN DESIGN! I don't have a "one side fits all" bag and won't sell one like that. Now if you want to use 1 bag for 2 helmets you'd need to order whichever is the larger helmet to use it for the smaller one. People have done that before.
