Living out on a ranch with small children and becoming a stay-at-home Mom after teaching school for 18 years sparked my interest in sewing and creating things. specialize in custom cowboy, cowgirl and cowbaby items, gear and necessities for new moms and dads. I got my start when my own children were born and I was on the hunt for less expensive rodeo and ranch cool stuff. When I would see something that cost an arm and a leg, "I can make that!" always popped into my head. Now, I am lucky enough to get to make what I need, like and want AND share it with you. My first "real" quilt . . . made from old jeans, an FFA panel I bought years ago, and squares of leftover fabrics from my stash. Machine bound, hand-tied and "ragged" for rustic, country, rugged effect. At the request of my daughter, there is one thickness of medium loft batting in between the layers to make the quilt sandwich.
