I was feeling sentimental today...finally finishing this UFO project that I made in a class in Ottawa years ago with my quilting buddy Carl Brewer Sr. (RiP). And backed it with fabric from my friend Janet's stash that I inherited after her death last year. This table runner will remind me of good times with good friends each time I use it.

Glad I save up my solid binding strips. Finished the binding on it today.

Flooring is done & ready for paint...Don got overhead lighting installed. Starting shelf installation today...then a little decorating & adding sewing equipment & supplies. Excited for new SHE SHED to get opened & have friends over to enjoy & spend time together crafting. LIFE IS GOOD !!!

Got the insullation up & done for the new sewing shed today....sure helps the a/c feel better in this heat. The styrofoam in the door panels will make an excellent design wall for future sewing projects.
