Traditional Irish Scones with a Twist 👇👇

Italian Einkorn Flour, Rosemary from our Garden & Freshly Grated Parmesan Chesse.

Recipe Below 🤍
* 2 c Jovial Einkorn Flour
* ��2 TBSP Coconut Sugar
* ��1 TBSP Baking Powder
* ��1/2 tsp Sea Salt
* ��4 TBSP Cold Grassfed Irish Butter
* ��3/4 Cup Org. Grass Fed Heavy Cream
* Fresh Rosemary to taste
* Fresh grated Parmesan to taste

Mix the dry ingredients , add in the cold ingredients & mix by hand!

* ��1 Egg Yolk, 1 TBSP Heavy Cream, 1 tsp Coconut Sugar

Brush the top before baking with the above mixture!
We topped with Grated Parmesan.

Bake at 400f for 10-12 Minutes
