One of the top Western Boot Distributor is looking for a receptionist to hire immediately!! Ideal candidate will be reliable and punctual. Someone who has office experience, good customer service, organized, quick learner and goal-oriented

Daily Duties will include but are not limited to:

Act as the first point of contact, greet and direct all visitors/calls.

Perform day-to-day operations, such as filing, taking customer orders and additional office work

Prioritize day to day tasks and issues; Operate with a proactive approach to clients

Minimum Requirements:

* Preferred experience in customer service * Previous client interaction in an office environment

This position requires that you possess the following skills:

* Organizational skills and attention to detail

* Ability to demonstrate persistence to achieve quality

* Excellent communication - both verbal and written

* Self-directed initiative

* Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a must! 80% Hispanic customer base
