I can not believe it has been since April that I haven't been on my site. Well it has been a long camping season. We just had our end of the season party with our camping group and now it's back to business.

My man has gifted me with the next several weekends free, I am so excited to use that for sewing and getting caught up. I have so many bears and bunnies cut out I need to get back to work and get them out of here.

So "Bear" with me while I get projects sewn, I hope to have most of the behind sewing done by mid-November. I will catch up my page as soon as my items are done and gifted. I have learned I need secretary and an assistant sewing friend, just to cut things out so I can sew!!!

The Friends of the Angie W. Cox Library host an easter egg hunt every year, since I have been doing craft group there twice a month, I offered to donate the bunnies for their Easter Egg Hunt Prizes. I hope everyone likes them. I love being able to give back to the community when I can.

Cows and More Cows...Finally have gottennthese complete for my customer, and she had the patience of a Saint. These are the cows at the pattern size, I will be doing a little shrinking to make them affordable at my cost. They did turn out cute though.

Get ready for lots of newer posts for the next month or so. I have been super busy trying to complete somenthings so I can get on to some new projects, during all this the Annual Spring Fling Craft Show in Wyocena happened and I had just completed a cow for a customer and she graciously let me use it at the show. He was a hit for sure. I cannot thank her enough for giving me the honor of sharing her cow in memory of her loved one. I only have a few pictures of the set up, I was sharing a booth with Kim Corliss Russell with her awesome beaded items, so sparkly and pretty. I dont usually "sell" at the shows, my goal is to let people know there are ways to celebrate milestones in peoples lives from a bear for a baby's birth or trip home from the hospital, a christening, first day of school on up, favorite concert shirt, or favorite team, all the way to remembering someone who has passed.

I also let them know that I can make t-shirt quilts, memory quilts or I can use just new material to make a quilt from a doll size up to a queen size, I am sure I could do a king also but have never been asked, lol. There are so many reasons to get a memory bear or other animal or to get a quilt, and it is a personal style just for the person who ordered it. The quilt are usually made thicker and better than what you can get from a store and they are worth the price to pass down as a family heirloom. Finally, as you get your item, remember it was made with many hours of thought and consideration and most of all love from a person who wants you to be so happy with your memory item. They get wrapped up in the stories you tell them as you talk about the materials and who they were from. Well after a long break, the bears are back 😆. Christmas time is always so busy with completing projects and trying to create the christmas atmosphere, while losing my mind in my little daycare. I keep saying next year I will be completely retired and my bears will be my living, and then someone goes and has a baby and I am hooked, lol. Anyway, I started out this year by Doing a craft show. And then signed up for a couple more. They are fun and since I dont have to handle any cash, they are easy, well except table set up. So my next show is on March 8th, in Wyocena. Stop by and see me, I will post the link somewhere on here in a bit. I do need some suggestions for my table set up, I will post all the set ups I have done. But in between there, I spent a lot of time on some cows and today I am working onnthe last one. This pattern is HUGE, if I want to keep my price point I am going to have to shrink these down a bit. But any way, I am going to get all these photos uploaded and then have you wonderful people tell me nice things 😊 😅🤣😆😂🙃
