In 2019 my husband traded a ATV for a vintage B***o camper for me. It needs a lot of work and it’s been sitting waiting for the start day. Five months short of 7 years later, today is the day. Hired my grandson, Hayden and his best friend, Cody to do the job. 1st project today was to remove the over weight AC off the roof. Also remove so odd hardware and rear taillight to reorder a new one ✅ start on the floor right by the door to secure it better✅
I can’t beilive how much weight was on the roof even with a support structure under it.
I have a clear dome that will cover the hole as a skyline. Step 1 of many ✅ Happy to have it started. first pics are today other pics are from 2019 when the inside was a complete mess. I got rid of mattress and curtains etc day 1

So a new little venture to share 💕

A lot has happened since my last post. I wish I could say It was fantastic news but it’s not.

On July 23, I went into the local Amish clinic, then was transported by ambulance to the Appleton cardiac hospital. I was in the ICU for majority of my stay and had surgery on July 30th. What started with major chest pain ended up being a need for a stent to b put in my aorta artery. It’s now November and I still have not regained my stamina and energy but I’m working on it my daughter and I join the fitness club when I’m walking and swimming and taking classes.

The realization of not being able to keep up with my goats was very apparent to me I didn’t have the stamina to strip stalls and trim hooves. I knew I needed to find new barns for my goats. To say this was a difficult is an understatement with lots of tears. They went to three different homes and I was very picky about where they landed.
So now what?
I do love change, but I wasn’t quite ready for this change. My mind is always working and I love trying new things so sometime in the near future, I’ll find a new focus for this page. I probably have more interests to pursue than the average person so this won’t be difficult to find a direction.
I was blessed with a supportive, wonderful husband, and he’s getting me through this . 💕

I hate vet day for disbudding and banding. Just got Ary to the point where you can’t see disbudding circles and now Able and Aru at the vets today. I hate horns worse than this appointment but none the less it’s stressful.
Able was born with acouple of black strawberry type birthmarks so I won’t be registering him or offering him as a buck.
I will raise him for awhile as a wonderful pet for a new home. Aru will be registered and remain with storm and I.

She’s named after the book “are you my mother?”
Taylor Ballweg sent Able along, as a suggested boys name and I liked it right off the bat. It suits him because he is very able to do.
