On February 28th, I had the honor to be the Keynote Speaker and Guest Fitness Instructor for the first ever fitness and wellness event at New Community Church in Dolton, Illinois.

Pastor Hooks and his wife were awesome hosts and their coordination efforts made for an extremely smooth-running event. Best part...after feedback from congregation participants, they may be interested in hosting regular Silver Foxes, Grey Wolves Senior Fitness Classes!

It's hard to believe it but in just over three months from today, Vanguard Exercise Management's SummerFit Camp will once again be included as part of the City of Country Club Hill's "Thrills in the Hills" Summer Camp!

Always a pleasure to introduce the little ones to the joys of physical fitness through creative and interactive programming.

Who knows, someone may even break the Playground Run-Climb-Slide Drill record young Payton set last year. 10 rounds in under 2 minutes!

In recognition of American Heart Month, National Wear Red Day and the American Heart Association's Go Red For Women movement which aims to raise awareness that cardiovascular disease is the #1 killer of women, my Silver Foxes, Grey Wolves Fitness Class participants came all decked out in their red to show their support.

Not only did they look good, they trained hard and gave all-out effort!
