Happy Mother’s Day! Whether you have 2 legged or 4 legged babies, love on your kids or are part of a village raising kids, you are amazing and God really did a good work in creating YOU! I’ve been pondering why there seems to be a trend to assume the worst in somebody until they prove otherwise. Why don’t we first assume the best? God has such amazing things for each of us and yet we allow our insecurities to get in the way. That awful enemy chirps on our shoulder and we listen. What if we assumed the best and listened only to God’s truth? What would happen if we each assumed the best first? Sister, can we pinkie promise to assume the best in each other first?

Beautiful wildflowers…what if… what if you chased that dream? Or what if God is telling you to run in a different direction right now? I know that God has been calling me to simplify and in the simplifying He is doing so much that is so sweet and kind. He has put the most incredible mentors in our space and awesome opportunities for growth. Is it hard? Yes. Do I wish I could be chasing that dream right now? Yes. BUT in the simplicity I can sit with a heart of gratitude knowing that God is doing a good work! Beautiful Wildflowers… oh my how I have missed you!! It’s Tara coming to you from beautiful Colorado! We moved here about 1 1/2 years ago and love it! I’ve been dark for a while really sitting with my heart for you all and what I believe God wants to do in our wildflower community. While it is still unfolding, I do know is that the mission is the same… to gather wildflowers (that’s YOU!) to fully know your unique identity that God created.

What better day to launch how loved you are than Love Day!!

I have spent some time rebranding and envisioning. My heart for this space is to create a community where you are encouraged to know your true value. In a world that is doing everything to tear you down, I desire for you to know just how loved you are! You are incredible and amazing! Would you join me as we virtually gather together over a hot cup of coffee/tea? Let’s sit down together and chat about who you are and what you dream about. That’s my heart for this gathering … Wildflower Gathering…

I know God has an incredible future for our gathering.. but in the meantime… welcome back! I have missed you and I am so excited to see where our journey together takes us!! Happy Valentine’s Day!

On this Women-Led Wednesday I am full of gratitude for the opportunities I have been given, for the ability to work hard and jump through all the hoops to make things happen. I’ve had to jump through a lot of “hoops” in life. I’ve watched doors close and others open. Sometimes giving the door a kick, or as my dad would call it, “giving destiny a little kick in the a&&.”

I am grateful for this community and it’s support of my business.

I am grateful for my family’s support and love and belief in me.

I am grateful for all of the community connections, business, and non-profit partnerships I have.

I am grateful for the 8 other (local) women-led businesses that partner with me and carry their beautiful products on the truck.

Where will the truck be and when will it be open for the holiday season? It will be at a lot of fantastic holiday markets, that’s where (schedule below)! The truck is also open most Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays at it’s home base by Austin Mercantile in Brookswood Plaza.
