If you have never been to one of our Estate Tag Sales, here are some things you will need to know...
1.) There will be a line up to get in, everyone gets a number, entrance is in number order and only 10 to 12 come in at a time, expect to wait, we do our best in cold and hot weather to keep the line flowing.
2.) You will see items that are in baskets or boxes, and totes labeled "Box Lot or basket lot, tote lot" ..you buy the whole lot as priced,, items are not pulled out and sold separately. Please do not ask.
3.) Prices are not negotiable the first half of the day, prices are 1/2 price the second half of the day.
4.) If you purchase items from the two sheds out back, you all make a pile in the yard and one of our clerks will write you a sales slip, you all probably have 2 sales slips, one for items in the house and one for outside items, they will be added together at the checkout station.
5.) I cannot answer comments on pricing, it is simply too many items to remember and we are still working it.
