I’ve always looked forward to the day that I’d share my passion for knitting with my high school students. I’d envision myself sharing in their excitement as they hold a skein of yarn and wonder how they can turn nothing into something; let alone something they can wear. The biggest, and most rewarding, moment for me would be witnessing their first stitch and the “wow, I can do this” reaction that follows.

Luckily for us; yesterday was that day.
