Hi friends! Heres a friendly reminder why we DO NOT BUY FROM TEMU!🙅‍♀️🚫👎

This morning I came across an ad for a jewelry box that looked similar to one I made back in 2023. I went back to look for my picture to find its an exact match....except for one major thing.....

I spent years of my life growing my skill from the talent God gave me. I probably spent an hour on that project from drawing to finished product. I used real American sourced leather.

I dont think there is really anything I can do to stop them, however, I CAN educate people of the damage that websites like TEMU does.

I understand that not everyone can afford quality made leathergoods and we try to keep a range of price points so everyone can enjoy. However, time and skill cost money. Our original design was probably $65. A super reasonable/low cost considering the time, skill, material costs. The Temu version is $11.50. To make it, they likely UV printed the image on fake PU leather and added texture by machine. Zero thought as to how the design should curve or what colors will compliment each other best.

Just a copy paste and print.

We aren't the only artists this happens to. Artists of all types and mediums are being stolen from and the only way to stop it is by boycotting companies like temu that have low (or no) morals.
