I was invited by my Brother, “Spanky” Charles Gilliam, to join & UNIFY in supporting the millions of people battling PTSD, mental illness and all forms of depression...along with sharing GOD’s Love. ❤️
I’m doing 25 push-ups for 25 days to help raise awareness for PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), anxiety and depression that can lead to loss of hope, failure and su***de...
I will continue to “push” to failure....and someone will offer encouragement, hope, love to lift me back up...
We All have a “breaking point” whether we know it or not, but it’s OK, we can overcome!
Simple Rules:
*Once challenged, your 25 day challenge starts the following day.
*Everyday you record yourself doing 25+ push-ups to “failure”.
*Ask a friend to join, complete together, share/carry the burden; Offer & someone for Help!
*Everyday invite another person(s) or Group to Unify & Join the cause!
GOAL:
LOVE ❤️, STRENGTH 💪🏽, ENCOURAGEMENT for All battling/suffering...you are not alone and we need to be there for one another...There is HOPE 🙏🏽!
Don’t be afraid to ask for help...and have COURAGE to be The One ☝🏽 to be available, show Compassion and help someone who needs help, Amen.
