Tad's Pottery my real name is Terrie Clements Drescher and I love playing in the dirt! I enjoy using sewing material as well as plant material as texture designs in my work.

I have always enjoyed the creative process, whether it is sewing a piece of clothing, hand piecing a quilt or planting flowers in the garden, so becoming involved with clay seemed natural to me. I try to keep each of my pieces unique and individual and able to make a statement of its own.

I haven’t worked in series in a very long time! These figures simply resonated with me, and judging from comments, with a few of you as well. I’m calling them the Hearts and Butterflies collection. Right now they are 7 to 8 inches tall. They will finish out at about 6 inches. I will have them for the Strawberry Festival on May 23!!!
