Once minimums have been reached, you will be invoiced and the item(s) will be ordered. Please be aware that when you provide your payment information, you are committing to purchase that item. If you change your mind and refuse to pay, you will be removed from our page immediately.

*Please remember that sometimes we have very limited information about an item. If we do know an items fabric, sizing, brand, etc., we will pass this information along.

*Please read all previous comments before you comment on a thread. Some items may be ready to ship (RTS), and will be noted as such in the description. Purchasing these items is done exactly the same way as mentioned previously. Please follow these rules. This will ensure items are shipped as quickly as possible. INVOICING:
ALL INVOICES ARE DUE within the time frame stated on your invoice!! Pre-Order: Once a pre order has been placed for an item Rose + Holt holds the right to send invoices at the time on confirmation or to send invoices when notified that order has been shipped. (When sending invoices when order have been shipped this saves a lot of time on both ends however if order is not paid within time frame order will be cancelled). Ready to Ship (RTS): Invoices will be sent immediately. If you have an issue please contact us at [email protected] ABSOLUTELY NO E-CHECKS will be accepted. If you send one we will cancel it. Non- Paying Members will be cancelled and the member will be permanently deleted. SHIPPING: Shipping is NOT included in the prices of the items unless stated in the description when the thread is posted. When the order arrives to Rose + Holt we will sort, pack & weigh each order. RETURN POLICY:
All CLEARANCE ITEMS, SALE ITEMS,HOLIDAY ITEMS, BODY ITEMS and ACCESSORIES are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned! We will be happy to exchange items that are unworn, in perfect condition with all tags attached. You may exchange merchandise within 10 days of receipt of purchase. **WE MUST RECEIVE THE MERCHANDISE WITHIN 10 DAYS TO MAKE YOUR EXCHANGE**

*If you send the merchandise outside of the 10 day rule, you will be issued a store credit only---NO EXCEPTIONS*
You MUST email to [email protected] to request a Return Approval before you return any merchandise. In this email, include your contact information, invoice number, and reason for return/exchange.
• All exchanges must be received within 10 days of the date your order shipped from us.
• Rose + Holt is not responsible for return shipping fees.
• Returned items must remain un-washed, un-worn, and the tags must still be attached.
• Return Shipping is non-refundable.
• Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return once we receive it.
• If your item does not met the Rose + Holt qualifications for return your item WILL BE SHIPPED BACK.
**Exchanges: Due to our limited quantities per unique style we can’t guarantee an exact exchange. Coupons- no further coupons or discounts are applicable on final/sale clearance merchandise. Disclaimer: There are times when an item may sell out with the vendor. In the rare event this happens, Rose + Holt will refund the invoice! As soon as we receive shipments from the wholesalers, we process and ship within 24 hours. We post updates about shipping statuses, etc under the item.
