I’m a huge fan of essential oils (like seriously guys they are LIFE for me) but I’m also a huge advocate for finding time and ways to rest and relax. As someone whom suffers from kyphosis I deal with tense muscles constantly making it hard to relax, but for now here are a few of my favorites at making it easier.
