We have Interchangeable Hair Accessories, Tutus of all sorts, Paper Crafts, and More...If you see something you like, we can customize it for you...size, color scheme, etc. Each item is handmade, therefore, there maybe some variations. Tutus can be made all different sizes, colors, themes. Waist size and length desired is needed. Tutus can be made with an elastic only waist band (most common) or a combination of elastic and ribbon tie waist band.

So in 6 months Miami county has had less than 300 confirmed cases and 2 deaths from COVID19. Not to say that those 2 deaths were not significant and life changing to those that loved them but now we are being threatened to have our schools closed if we don’t follow “guidelines”?? Is this really about public health or just someone on a power trip....I am having a real hard time understanding....

The county’s top health official says that although schools were able to open to students this month, they are unlikely to stay open if families do not cooperate with efforts
