We have beauties who only like 1 waist bead at a time and we have others who wear 20 all at once. Personally, the more the merrier BUT some times less is more.

If I have to hide my waistbeads I usually wear one set. BUT if im at the beach, wearing a crop top or trying to feel more confident I wear all of them at once & receive a lot of compliments. That's why I love these waist beads, can switch it up as much as I please Chile🥰

This was me almost a year ago and boy did I think I was HUGE. Body Dysmorphia is a 🤭 I beat myself everyday about my stomach "rolls", how I needed to suck in my stomach more and how everyone would notice how "fat" I was. The amount of stress and agony I put on myself was painful to endure. ⁠

looking back....IMMA SHOW MY KIDS HOW FINE THEIR MOMMA WAS BECAUSE HUH?🥵 This made me realize how hard we are on ourselves and its really not necessary at all. We're beautiful in our melanin & shape!
