• We are two separate businesses in the same storefront. We have two separate checkouts for each business.

• NO REFUNDS | NO STORE CREDIT | Even exchange on clothing items only and must be 7 days from receipt date. We encourage you to try on before purchasing. We have 2 dressing rooms in store! Absolutely no returns on custom orders.

• When an item needs to be exchanged, it must be exchanged for another item from the same business, you originally purchased from.

Example: If you purchase an item from Southern Avenue it must be exchanged for another Southern Avenue item. If you purchase an item from TMaes it must be exchanged for another TMaes item.

•Again, we are two SEPARATE businesses that share the same storefront and that’s why we check you out separately when purchasing an item from both of us.

•We know majority of our ladies know this and respect this info and we greatly appreciate you for that!

•Please do not be rude to our employee that is just following store policy. This will not be tolerated.

I (Terra) will be on vacay this week! If I have any comments for custom orders I’ll send invoices once I am back!!

If you have an outstanding custom order I have the shirts but the prints unfortunately didn’t come in this week so hopefully they’ll be here waiting on me and I’ll get them done as soon as i get back!!

Store hours are a bit different this week for the fair!
