WE’RE HIRING for a full-time Retail Assistant Sales Floor Manager role at OMOI! ⭐
As a Retail Assistant Sales Floor Manager, you will support daily store operations, supervise hourly staff, and help maintain visual and merchandising standards. You will be a role model for customer service in the store and ensure all Sales Associates in their respective department or zone exceed customer expectations. You will assist with hiring, training, and developing staff to cultivate a high performing sales team, a safe and fair work environment, and a positive experience for our customers.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- 40 hours a week, with weekend availability
- 1+ years retail management experience, with references
- 3+ years retail or hospitality experience
- Experience performing light maintenance for cleaning supplies, computers and devices, basic hardware and power tools and small appliances

ACCESSIBILITY:
Candidates for this role must be able to stand and walk throughout an 8 hour shift, climb stairs multiple times per shift, reach, pull, push, and lift objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights up to 50 pounds, and climb and balance on a step stool and 6’ ladder.
