Believe it or not your hair is a filter for the body. The hair filters emotions, experiences and anything that you experience or come in contact with. For this reason it is important to get regular trims every 3 to 6 months. A consistent cutting away of toxins of the physical and emotional energy, if it be from medications, bad experiences. On the upside, you’ll notice when you feel better emotionally and physically you won’t need a trim as often as when you are stressed or experiencing trauma. Find ways to relax more you’ll see an amazing difference in you hair and nails. Hair and nail supplements are boosters in troubled and stressful times but you don’t want your system to become co-dependent on them. Consistent hair care routines shampoo and conditioner and trim at least every 2 weeks is healthy and maintains the natural oils that the body creates to nourish the scalp and hair. People with scalp conditions that produce unhealthy amounts of sebum (dandruff) should follow a weekly hair care routine and my recommendation is Kera Care hair and scalp treatment for mild cases of dandruff and Nioxin scalp and hair treatment system for severe cases.

You have different types of hair breakage.
1. Chemical breakage from harsh chemicals that breakdown the hair shaft eg. relaxers, perms, hair bleach. The shaft is weak down to the root of where the chemicals have been applied.
2. Technical breakages are from using constant heat from blow dryers, curling irons and Marcel irons. Breakage is mostly seen on the ends and go up the shaft.
3. Breakage due to health problems and medication will affect the actual hair follicles because it is connected directly to the nerves and blood stream and flow.
4. Harmonal Changes which causes the hair to be dry and brittle and break.
I have heard of some people deliberately putting harsh chemicals in hair products to cause breakage in hair, competitive manipulations between rival companies, those types of chemicals put in products such as round up, ammonia, chloride in the water can severely damage the hair and their is no way to repair the hair it must be removed but whatever chemicals used can be traced the the follicle and blood stream.

I’m sorry but I’m not allowed to socialize or have fun talk to or see my kids or anybody else, I’m not allowed to go outside or have company or anything, I’m not allowed to make appearances on video or go live, I’m not allowed to f**k whoever I want to f**k or be in a relationship or anything like that, I’m not allowed to go outside either and especially not to Roxborough because if I do the bi***es and whoever else will come in my house and f**k my house up or whatever like I’m being trafficked or some s**t, so since I’m not allowed to have a life ain’t nobody having no f**king life, I’m only allowed to stay in the house and serve Zahriah like a f**king maid while he takes orders to control my home, so since that’s what the plan is to control my money and it all planned and thought out how I’m supposed to come up with an escape plan and all.😂 like I’m doing a f**king prison bid and I ain’t never been responsible for nobody prison bid, I guess me and Zahriah are cell mates cause if I can’t do my music and socialize and live my life like I want to ain’t nobody gone be f**king happy. N***a I’m shutting your whole s*x trafficking s**t down and all the way down. If I can’t be prosperous then neither will you and especially not trafficking me while I’m sleep or drugged the f**k up and don’t know what the f**k is going on but my cell my sure do. Closed mouths don’t get heard bitch!
