+✊🏿🔪🩸🔥 The motions while designing the M.C.R. “REBEL TO LIVE” Trench. These are designs chosen to go on fabric when I think about our History & Ancestors… What they wish they had the might to do!! Fighting to overcome Slavery that lasted over 400yrs.. These are the designs I imagine when I think about how long we’ve been fighting since slavery, segregation, not having the right to vote, growing up in poverty , being on welfare, and now and days even when us Blacks make it to a top tier placement of life we’re still looked at as to “HOW DID YOU GET HERE” or “YOU DON’T BELONG”. It seems us BLACKS have been fighting forever no mater what placement we’re in and I just wanted to capture that through my ideas. For the back I imagined the most ideal features of a human being that’s hated and treated the worst… A BLACK WOMAN. I wanted her to be the representation of a M.C.R. Super Hero going back slashin racist leaders necks. I had a comic book aspect made out of my 1st collection designs & silhouettes but it’ll be great to put on fabric until then. Ideas from my brain coming to fruition. The name “REBEL TO LIVE” is inspired STARWARS (), forever the rebels had to fight! . Our “REBEL TO LIVE” Trench Coat is available in S-3XL (our manufacturing has no limitations to sizing).
