2 fresh scoops of yarny goodness.
I got a bunch of new bases ( one I’m particularly excited about , more on that later 🥳)

These fruity bad boyz are 100% bb alpaca from Peru, organic, and oh so soft. Alpaca soaks up dye and so I’ve decided I will mostly likely keep super brights and neons on this fiber. I’m not a fan of waste water. And until I get my own house with my own recycling system in place I like to keep the rinsing to a minimum.
For those who don’t know, or who are new to my page, I err on the side of careful and thoughtful processes when doing fiber arts. I like to utilize dyes and materials that don’t crap on the planet. And I’m pretty small beans, so keeping an eye on waste is manageable for me.
I’ve been this way since I was a kid. There’s a lot to be responsible for and at times it can drive you nuts. I do my best to produce soft lovely things with people and planet in mind.
These are just the beginnings of this palette. They don’t even have names yet. I’m strongly leaning towards “gritty” for the orange.
