Mico is the Creator, President, and Chief Executive of operations of Mico's Companies. Since 1998, Mico's Companies has accumulated severl childcare centers, rental properties, restaurants, and clothing stores. Business savvy Mico is passionate about styling and uses her passion to encourage people to be comfortable in their own skin with their own unique style. The smiles she recieves from styled

clients motivates her to continue investing into her passion. In 1999, Mico started her venture in fashion with the several storefronts throughout the islands of the Bahamas. The following year, once in the U.S., Mico launched the storefront "Mico's Collections" in Miami, Florida. Seven years later, "Mico's Collection" was renamed to "Mico's Jewelry Box", which provided consignment, thrift, and accessory items to the public. In 2013, Mico upgraded and re-branded her fasion boutique in the storefront currently known as Mico's Fashion Book.
