This is not a GoFundMe or an individual
based platform.

Donations fund long term research. These programs take years /decades of funding to research & retain the top scientists.

It’s not just Pancreatic Cancer that benefits from this research. Pancreatic cancer can increase the risk & be linked genetically tobreast, ovarian, colon, stomach, lung, and melanoma cancers.

Donating when your friend or family member is actively fighting this disease shows support & camaraderie.

BUT the continued support should they die, the empathy for others fighting &
their families…not just for the past but the present and future battles is crucial!

Because we do care about the person we haven’t met yet, the stranger next to us, the widow, the parent less child, the life lost regardless if it’s our buddy, or a friend we haven’t yet met.

We care, we donate, we don’t throw in the towel.

Hi everybody, I am restarting “Team Casey”
this year. (I do not expect people to walk but you certainly can, its at Bellevue State Park this year)

That’s not the goal though,
raising research $$$ is!
( and keeping Casey‘s name & story alive)

This new administration has zapped all funding for pancreatic cancer. It’s catastrophic.

The entire inventory of Mesh Vintage has been absorbed by the best neighbor & my bff
NRS Boutique.
She will pull from this archive as she sees fit, over time.

NRS & I have enjoyed the absolute
perfect set up, being next door to one & another.

Sharing in our customers, alterations, checking on each other, locking doors, splitting lunches, grabbing coffees, buttons & hangers, gossip & cocktails,
but most importantly being each other’s most reliable support system, daily confidant, and now life long friends.
There is no one better to curate the inventory than NRS.

MESH 10 year anniversary & ANNOUNCEMENT::: please read

Wow a decade on East Passyunk Ave!
We have been through a lot my friends.
A global pandemic, losses, social & political unrest, but also incredible kindness, friendships and community.

MESH will be CLOSING at the end of the year.
Please don’t cry 😭

A couple reasons;

the first is a very significant rent increase.

I want to be very clear and say my property management company are lovely and they kept me rent stable for pretty much my entire duration. They have every right to raise the rent, and quite frankly they should,
it’s just more than I am comfortable with.

The vintage business has changed quite a bit (and most of you know I’ve always been committed to VERY reasonable pricing)
There simply is not as much vintage out there ( and not for what I’m willing to pay) The amount of volume that I need to run a business with continuous inventory flow
is no longer sustainable.

I will continue to be open like normal until the end of the year.
I will still be putting out new merchandise, everything will be the same and yes, I’m still buying! Always buying ha!

I really just want to say thank you, for being my friends, especially through the loss of my husband.

Thanks for sharing your life with me as I shared my life with you.
MESH is much more than a clothing shop, as most of my customers know. MESH it’s a safe place, it’s a welcoming place, no judgement, come as you are & it’s also a hell of a lot of fun place!

That’s the only part that makes me sad,
is missing all of you.
I probably kept the store a lot longer than I should have because I love you all so much.
You’re all are the best therapy anyone could ever ask for. I hope our exchanges over the years have meant the same to you.

Don’t worry I’m also gonna have a big party probably the last week in December.

With tears in my eyes but gratitude to have been able to do something I love for 10 years.
