Capes 2 Cowls Cosplay, is a group who has done and still does panels about cosplay costuming. Our biggest panel is Sewing Cosplay 101, which has been at Wizard World Philadelphia for the last two year, and this year at Otakon. We are comprised of people with a wide range of skill levels, in order to best meet the needs of the community we are apart of.
