Made my baby's fav... banana pancakes with chickpea flour...
The egg is optional and water can be used instead of Almond milk...
Don't pay my sausage any mind lol its getting flushed out later and it's been an extremely long time...

It's been sooo long I haven't had BAKES/JOHNNY CAKE/FRY DUMPLINGS so I decided to make me some the healthier way...

I used chickpea flour...its gluten free so it doesn't hold like the "regular " flour...

Ingredients...
Chickpea flour
Baking powder
Butter(didnt have coconut butter)
Sea salt
Honey/coconut sugar
Add water and blend(should be thick not watery)...

I also used Grapeseed oil for the salt fish, to fry the plantain and Johnny cakes...

It's actually my first attempt at this and omg it's soooo yummy 😋 😍 😊

WHO SAID EATING HEALTHY HAS TO BE BORING...
