✨Hey there friends! We’ve been a little MIA after the Tucson show and our wedding. ☺️ It’s been an amazing last couple of months and we have tons to share! 💕

🌵 But first, save the date for the 4th Annual Phoenix Heritage Mineral Show hosted by ! We’ll be there with twice the space and all kinds of great new material we’ll be previewing in the next few weeks. 😊

Join us for a weekend of fun and celebration of earth’s natural beauty at our 4th Annual Phoenix Heritage Mineral Show featuring 35+ quality dealers, competitive exhibits, demonstrations, raffles, kids activities, and more! Great fun for all ages!

🌵✨ Happy New Year, friends! We’ve been a little MIA the last week taking in some downtime after a busy market season. And it’s perfect hiking weather in Phoenix right now so we’ve gotta get out there while we can! 😊

🎉 We’re getting really pumped for two of our biggest rock shows in the next couple of months including exhibiting at the Tucson Gem Show for the first time. 🙌🏻 And right after is our WEDDING! We’re looking forward to an amazing 2024 and have so many wonderful new things to share with you all. We are so thankful for all of your support and the lovely new friends we’ve made along the way. 💕

✨Introducing a F R E S H new batch of smoky Shangaan Amethyst Scepters from Chibuku Mine, Zimbabwe, now available in the Wonder collection. We picked up these beauties at the Phoenix Gem & Minerals show earlier this month! We love Shangaan Amethyst for its deep purple zoning, smokiness, and unusual formations.

⚒ Shangaaan Amethyst is named for the Shangaan tribe who mine this crystal at the Chibuku Mine in Zimbabwe. It is a relatively new find, and is known for its mysterious smokiness with hematite inclusions, often formed in scepters. While less common, many specimens can be found with bubbles suspended inside (known as enhydros).

🌵 Summer is in full swing here in AZ, and it is getting HOT! Since it's too warm to rockhound locally, we've been staying busy visiting local rock shops (and looking for a new saw and flat lap), cutting and polishing material we've had queued up for way too long, reorganizing the shop after show season, and keeping the tumblers in action. We have Polychromes, Desert Buttes, Wonderstones, and Rhyolites patiently tumbling away for just a few more weeks. Keep an eye on our stories for updates on how they are progressing!
