Phase Apparel Company Phase Apparel came to be with hard work and inspiration. Just as the moon changes constantly, so doe I was working as an accountant, and miserable.

I had dreams of doing something I loved and where I could use my creativity. Being the only woman in the company, I was prone to harassment every day. The final straw was when my boss asked me to work from his home. With this making me uncomfortable and getting negative reactions when voicing my concerns, the company and I went separate directions. It was a blessing in disguise. I became more focu

sed on starting the business, and am now working on it full time. Although still working hard to get it off it's feet, there has been consistent growth and I could not be more proud of what I created.
