Able and willing to work 40-48 hours/week,

Knowledgeable (or willing to become knowledgeable) about boots, cowboy hats, and leather goods,

Able to lead a growing team by example while having fun in the meantime,

Have a good work ethic!

To qualify, retail experience is necessary. (We're happy to help folks earn the retail experience, it'll just take a bit longer to grow into a management role.)
