Dinner tonight got a little local upgrade 😍🍁🧄
I seasoned these bone-in pork chops with Huck Family Maple Garlic seasoning, and LOOK at that sear! 🤤 The sweet maple + savory garlic is such a good combination for pork—and an easy way to add a ton of flavor without overcomplicating dinner.
Even better, you can find Huck Family Farm products right here at The Collective in Pine Grove! They have a wide variety of seasonings and other goodies available, so there’s plenty to try beyond the Maple Garlic.
You’ll need:
• Bone-in pork chops
• Huck Family Farm Maple Garlic seasoning
• 2–3 tbsp butter
• 2–3 cloves garlic, minced
• ½ onion, diced
• Fresh or dried rosemary
Directions: Season the pork chops generously with Maple Garlic seasoning. Melt butter in a skillet over medium-high heat, then add the garlic, diced onion, and rosemary. Add the pork chops and cook for about 4–6 minutes per side, depending on thickness, spooning that buttery garlic goodness over them as they cook.
Cook until the center reaches 145°F, then let them rest for about 3 minutes before serving.
If you haven’t tried the Maple Garlic yet, I definitely recommend grabbing a bottle on your next visit! 🐷🍁🧄
