Squishy Update!

I completely understand the frustration—we are right there with you waiting for these squishies to arrive! I’ve been in constant contact with my vendor, and unfortunately everything is currently in the hands of customs.

Due to increased inspections (we were told this has become a common method used for smuggling), the customs process has caused significant delays. I did not receive tracking information for this shipment, and most of the items ordered were part of the group that was held up.

At this point, it looks like we are still at least another week out from receiving the first round. I know this isn’t the update anyone was hoping for, and I truly appreciate your patience.

Please see the vendor’s explanation for more details. Again, I am so sorry for the delay—these have been in very high demand and there are a lot of shipments going out right now.

Squishy Update!

Hey everyone! Just a quick update from my vendor 😊

I was recently informed that the turnaround time is 21 business days (not weeks). For the first round of orders, we are currently on day 17, so they are getting close!

Once they arrive to my vendor, they will be shipped out to me right away, and I’ll get them turned around to you as quickly as possible.

I’m so sorry for the wait—I know it’s been a long one (trust me, my kids have been asking every day too! 😅). Thank you all so much for your patience and support! 💕 I’ll keep you posted with any updates!
