Growing up in the golden foothills of California, I have always had a fascination with history, a love of theater, dance and film (I love me a good musical!) Out of those passions stemmed a love of vintage fashion and costumes. When I was a girl my sister and I would play dress up for hours, with my moms beautiful antiques, and she would pick things up at thrift stores for our dress up box. It is
only natural that I had become a collector of vintage myself. In late 2010 I decided to open a shop online to showcase some of my favorite vintage dresses and it has grown from there, into a passion and a total blessing. I am inspired by the quilters and prairie women of the 1800s. The flappers and lace of the 1920s make me swoon. The party dresses, petty coats and circle skirts of the 1950s are to feminine and fun to resist. My truest love is the flower child look of the 60s and 70s. In my shop I try to blend pieces that make my heart throb from all eras to create an amazing collection where every piece is unique and inspiring.
