👟 The DNA Forward Motion Challenge is officially underway!
If you're just hearing about it for the first time, welcome.
This summer, we're inviting our community to focus on one simple idea: Every Step Forward Counts.
We believe forward motion looks different for everyone.
For some, it's training for a race.
For others, it's a walk around the neighborhood, getting back into movement after an injury, taking the stairs instead of the elevator, keeping up with the kids, or simply making time for yourself again.
That's why we created the DNA Forward Motion Challenge.
This isn't about who can go the farthest or the fastest.
It's about:

✔️ Community
✔️ Celebrating progress
✔️ Supporting one another along the way
Whether you're an avid runner, walker, hiker, healthcare worker on your feet all day, warehouse employee, busy parent, retiree, or someone just getting started, you belong here.
Here's how it works:

✨ Be entered for prize drawings throughout the summer
The challenge runs through July 31st, and the best part is that you can join at any time. We already have 24 people signed up and we'd love to see how many more join us today.
