Posh Petals is looking for talented floral designers to join our team. If you have experience and love creating elevated arrangements, working with beautiful blooms, and bringing clients’ visions to life, this may be the perfect fit.

✨ What you’ll do:
• Design high-quality, artistic floral arrangements
• Work with clients to create meaningful, beautiful moments
• Help maintain a clean, organized, fast-paced design studio.

🌿 What we’re looking for:
• 2+ years floral design experience REQUIRED
• Strong flower care knowledge & attention to detail
• Creative, reliable, and team-oriented
• Management Experience a plus!
