“I'm not sure what happened on today's run, but I'm sure a few will be excited to know that I kept running. I didn't do my run/walk intervals, and I'm not sure why! I didn't feel any pain. My breathing was good. I just kept going. Representing two of my faves
& .faithwear, I got all the encouragement I needed from within.

I didn't start run/walk intervals until after my injury in 2014. It has become my happy place, and my body knows when we're to take a break. But today's effort reminded me that it's ok to dig deeper and keep it steady. I heard that so clearly this morning during my run. Hold it steady.
