I worked on a special family project this summer: I created this print to remember my late brother who was a kid. It’s my interpretation of a story quilt. I drew different pictures to represent different stories from the Make-A-Wish trip he took. The first recipient of something in the fabric was my latest nephew who was named after my brother. These bring me so much joy! Whether it’s a way to preserve your child’s artwork, or create a new sentimental piece, I’d love the opportunity to help you create something very special too ❤

I had purchased just enough fabric of this egg print to make Av her usual twirly circle skirt dress. Last minute- they decided they wanted to match. I had to improvise with a little bit of color blocking to make sure I had enough of the fabric for both of them. How do you say no when your kids decide they want to match??? Happy Easter to you all!!
