We would like to give BIG Bear Hugs to the amazing youth, leaders, and families of Cross Trail Outfitters Youth Hunting & Fishing Ministry for running the Bear Festival Waterfront! 🐻❤️

The CTO Roanoke River Delta Chapter is managing the FREE pontoon boat rides, kayak rentals, and lazy river tubing, helping make this year's festival a memorable experience for everyone.

🚧 ROAD CLOSURE NOTICE – NATIONAL BLACK BEAR FESTIVAL 🐻

To prepare for this year's National Black Bear Festival, several streets in downtown Plymouth will be closed beginning Thursday night, June 4th at midnight through Saturday, June 6th at midnight.

🔹 Closed Streets:
• All of Water Street

🔹 Partial Closures:
• Monroe Street
• Jefferson Street
• Washington Street
• Adams Street
• Madison Street
• Martin Lane

Please plan alternate routes and allow extra travel time if you will be in the downtown area during the festival.
