☀️HOT NEW BULBS☀️ The new tanning bed bulbs are in and ready for use! Here are some tanning bed tips for the new bulbs:
✅If you have been tanning consistently over the last month, you should reduce your time by AT LEAST HALF. These bulbs mean business and you will burn if not careful. Burning your skin is what leads to skin damage and we do not want that happening!! If you do not burn, stay at that time for 2 sessions and then move up 1 minute on your 3rd session. If you burn, go back down to where you were the prior session.
✅If you have NOT been tanning lately, please start your time at 5 minutes for olive skin tones. Fair skinned beauties should start at 2-3 minutes. If you do not burn, stay at that time for 2 sessions and then move up 1 minute on your 3rd session. If you burn, go back down to where you were the prior session. Burning your skin is what leads to skin damage and we do not want that happening!!
✅Staying hydrated is KEY to the perfect tan. Using a high-quality indoor tanning lotion before the tanning session and a moisturizer afterward is ideal. We offer both products in our store. When you purchase a tanning package, you get 25% off all lotions! Hydrated skin tans more effectively and holds the color longer. If your skin is dry, it will reflect the UV light rather than absorbing it.
✅The delayed tan effect is REAL with fresh bulbs. You should wait at least 48 hours between sessions. It can take up to 24 hours for a tan or a burn to fully develop.
✅Remember to check any medications or supplements you take to see if they might make you burn faster.
✅MAX time on old bulbs is NOT the same as new bulbs, so please adjust your times accordingly. If you have any questions, just stop in the store and I can give you suggestions!
