EMERGENCY 🔥
Deni needs an immediate two week foster ASAP!
Deni came to us from our friends at the
Detroit Fire Department. Now that she’s medically cleared, she must get out of the shelter.
The shelter is stressing her out and it’s too overwhelming for her to feel safe and calm down.

Deni is a Lab/Pit mix. We aren’t just saying the Labrador part or trying to fluff her bio.
She has the true traits and anatomy of a Labrador. Deni loves everyone she meets, but being fearful here isn’t helping to show her true personality.

🐈 Deni does well with most dogs, but is probably too curious for cats. She’s still a puppy and gets a little too mouth for small kids. She doesn’t bite at all, she just gets “mouthy” as she explores her toys and sticks outside.

Deni needs to decompress. She went from crashing the fire station to our FULL shelter. We are really worried about her mental health if she doesn’t get out and get into a home. The general population kennels here are not the place for her.

Got a place for Deni for two weeks? We would love to find her a while we find her a forever home. Two weeks allows Deni to decompress and learn about life in a home while preparing for adoption!
